Terms of service

Last updated October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you use the ParkDito app or website. By booking or listing a spot you agree to them. In short: be honest, be on time, and treat other people's property with care.

What ParkDito is

ParkDito is a marketplace. Hosts offer parking they have the right to share; drivers book it. ParkDito is not the owner or operator of the spots and is not a parking facility.

For drivers

  • Park only in the booked spot, only during your booking, and only the vehicle on your booking.
  • Follow the host's arrival instructions and any building or village rules.
  • Overstays are charged at the spot's hourly rate. Repeated overstays may lead to account suspension.
  • You are responsible for your vehicle and its contents. Do not leave valuables in view.

For hosts

  • You must own the spot or have permission (for example, from your condo corporation or homeowners' association) to share it.
  • Keep your listing accurate: location, type, hours, price and instructions.
  • Keep the spot clear and accessible for every confirmed booking.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.

Payments and cancellations

Prices are in Philippine pesos and include ParkDito's service fee. Drivers can cancel for free up to one hour before a booking starts; after that, the host's cancellation policy shown at checkout applies. Hosts who cancel confirmed bookings may be charged a fee and lose visibility.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, ParkDito is not liable for loss, theft or damage to vehicles or property arising from a booking, or for disputes between drivers and hosts. We will help mediate and may issue refunds at our discretion.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you in the app when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions: [email protected].
