What is ParkDito?

ParkDito is peer-to-peer parking for Metro Manila. Homeowners, condo owners and businesses list parking they are not using, and drivers book it by the hour or the day from the app.

Where does ParkDito work?

We are starting in Makati, BGC, Ortigas and Pasig, then growing across Metro Manila as hosts join. If your area is not covered yet, list your spot and you could be the first.

Can I choose my exact slot?

Yes. Garages, covered lots and open lots show a live bay map: pick any free bay, including EV and accessible bays, and it is held for you when you book. Driveways and street bays show their one or few slots the same way.

How do I pay?

You pay in the app when you book, in Philippine pesos, with GCash, Maya or a card. The total includes the host's rate and our service fee, so there is nothing to pay on site.

What if my plans change?

Free cancellation up to one hour before your booking starts. Late cancellations and no-shows follow the host's policy, which is shown before you pay.

How do I get in?

Your booking ticket has a QR code and a booking code to show at the gate, plus the host's step-by-step arrival instructions. One tap on Navigate opens Apple Maps with turn-by-turn directions.

Is it safe to list my parking?

Every driver verifies their phone number and plate before booking, and you see who is coming before they arrive. You choose your hours, your price and whether bookings need your approval.
