Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, mobile number and, for drivers, your vehicle plate.
• Booking details: the spots you book or list, times, prices and messages between drivers and hosts.
• Location: only while you use the map, to show spots near you. We do not track you in the background.
• Payment details are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
• Host enquiries submitted on this website: the details you type into the form.

How we use it

To run bookings, verify drivers and hosts, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, provide support and improve ParkDito. We share only what is needed: a host sees the name and plate of the driver who booked, and a driver sees the address and arrival instructions of the spot they booked.

We do not sell your personal information.

Directions and maps

Maps on parkdito.com and in the app are provided by Apple Maps. When you tap Navigate, Apple Maps opens with the spot's coordinates; Apple's privacy policy applies to that use.

How long we keep it

We keep account and booking records for as long as your account is open and for up to five years afterwards where Philippine tax and accounting rules require it. Host enquiries that do not become listings are deleted after twelve months.

Cookies and analytics

parkdito.com does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store small preferences, such as a dismissed notice, on your own device. We keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and to fix problems, and delete them after 90 days.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account in the app under Profile, then Settings, then Delete account, or by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete your personal information within 15 working days, except records we must keep by law, as described above.

Children

ParkDito is for adults with a valid driver's licence or the right to share their parking. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 15 working days.
