Host FAQ

Before you list

Do I need permission from my condo or HOA?

If your slot is in a condo or a gated village, check your house rules first. Many buildings allow guest parking with a pass; we can share a letter template for your admin.

How much should I charge?

Most hosts in Makati and BGC charge ₱40 to ₱80 an hour or ₱250 to ₱450 a day. We suggest a price based on similar spots near you, and you can change it any time.

What if a driver overstays?

Overstays are charged automatically at your hourly rate, and you can message the driver in the app. Repeat offenders are removed.

When do I get paid?

Earnings from completed bookings are paid out every week to your GCash or bank account.
